For each of those lists, the Post address is of the form:
short_listname@domain (that's address used to post to the list).
Substitute in the relevant short_listname and domain from the actual
list for short_listname and domain in the below.
To unsubscribe, and substituting in the relevant for
short_listname and domain as noted from above (see Lists):
via email (must send from the subscribed address):
Send an email from the subscribed address you wish to unsubscribe from
to: short_listname-unsubscribe@domain
Alternatively, sending to: short_listname-leave@domain works likewise.
Alternatively, you can also send an email from the subscribed address
you wish to unsubscribe from and with 'unsubscribe' or alternatively
'leave' (without the quotes in either case) in the subject or body
to: short_listname-request@domain
If you are not able to send email from the subscribed address, you can
still unsubscribe so long as you can read email received by the
subscribed to address. In that case use the method:
via web UI:

under List name, follow the link for the list you want to unsubscribe

maybe given, one command per line, first subject is processed,
then body. These are the available commands:
help - Get help about available email commands. subscribe - Subscribe to this mailing list. confirm - Confirm a subscription or held message request. unsubscribe - Unsubscribe from this mailing list. join - An alias for 'subscribe'. leave - An alias for 'unsubscribe'. echo - Echo back your arguments. end - Stop processing commands. stop - An alias for 'end'. who - Get a list of the list members.
