Site migration outline

x Michael Paoli gain access to edit web site (at least content files)
o Michael Paoli gain access to buug list data
o DNS:
- o balug Virtual Machine (VM) (to host) gain access to pull zone data (IPs: 96.86.170.229 & 2001:470:1f05:19e::6)
- o balug VM activated as slave
- o balug DNS server also delegated as NS
- o flip namserver roles:
  - o balug DNS server switched to master
  - o other DNS server(s) (notably the other mater(s)) switched to slave(s)
o Michael Paoli to handle (via DNS) migration of list (when host suitably prepared for that)
o Michael Paoli to handle (via DNS) migration of web hosting (when host suitably prepared for that)
o transfer domain (from registrar) (current expiration: 2021-05-01T17:06:15Z)
